Experienced Group Project Manager role requiring over 20 years in delivery management with strong solution and technology mindset. The role demands expertise in backend, frontend, data, and DevOps technologies, ability to conceptualize solutions, lead customer engagements, and stay updated with digital trends such as SRE, automation testing, predictive analytics, AI, and automation techniques. The position includes delivery readiness, talent identification and coaching, strong people management with servant leadership principles, integration of on-site and remote teams, and collaboration with local agencies and universities for talent development. Proven experience in Agile delivery transformation (Scrum, Spotify model, Kanban, Story Points), team estimation, impediment resolution, and delivery challenge is essential. Operational and financial management including P&L responsibility for Sweden, managing revenue, margins, ARC, utilization, and stakeholder management are key. Candidate will manage 150+ professionals onsite and offshore with approx. $15M revenue. Strong customer communication, agile governance, and servant leadership mindset are required.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end IT project delivery and transformation programs
  • Conceptualize and propose technology solutions to customer business problems
  • Lead delivery teams, ensuring talent readiness and integration
  • Mentor and coach squads for high performance
  • Implement servant leadership principles for team management
  • Facilitate team and customer communication and collaboration
  • Integrate people working at customer sites with the parent organization
  • Conduct proficiency upgrades, upskilling and cross-skilling programs
  • Engage with local agencies and universities to attract engineering talent
  • Lead Agile delivery practices including ceremonies, estimation, and impediment resolutions
  • Challenge delivery execution, scope, and timelines while proposing solutions
  • Manage P&L, revenue, margin, ARC, utilization and other organizational parameters
  • Serve as single point of contact for sales, delivery, customers, and stakeholders
  • Manage large distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations
  • Ensure Agile governance to measure delivery progress
