We are looking for a Functional Specialist to be a domain expert in Supply Chain Planning with a curious, agile, and problem-solving mindset. This role bridges business needs and development teams to ensure user-friendly, relevant digital tools that support business objectives. The specialist will contribute to business development activities, lead and mentor support teams, and engage with end-users and developers to drive improvements and manage application lifecycle.
Main requirements:
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in Supply Chain Development
  • Deep knowledge of business context in Supply Chain Development
  • Ability to prioritize and take initiative in backlog management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with agile digital product development
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and explain development needs
  • Experience working with backlogs, story-writing, and structuring

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for delivery of assigned applications including business development, release and lifecycle management, operation, continuity, and support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of applications
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Interact with business, user community, application management, software suppliers, service operations, and architecture to improve application performance
  • Ensure applications comply with rules, standards, and legal requirements
  • Develop and secure ways of working, learning, and communication with product team and business functions
  • Lead and mentor support team to ensure quality support through coaching and education
