Functional Solution Architect within Dynamics 365 & Retail

We are looking for a Functional Solution Architect (FSA) with deep retail experience and consulting skills to drive digital transformation for our clients using Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You will act as an advisor on business processes, system solutions, and sales strategies, bridging client needs and technical solutions, working collaboratively in international projects.
Main requirements:
  • Experience within retail, preferably in purchasing, logistics, IT product ownership or process leadership.
  • Practical experience with POS systems and e-commerce platforms integrated with ERP systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into solution designs and detailed requirements.
  • Experience leading or participating in implementations, preferably with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience working closely with business operations for process development and system implementation.
  • Deep understanding of how omni-channel sales affects systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers, especially purchasing and logistics stakeholders, acting as a business process and system solution advisor.
  • Develop solution proposals, design and document processes and workflows.
  • Ensure solutions deliver real business value.
  • Design solutions, document them, and provide advice on business processes.
  • Serve as the bridge between client business and technical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, project managers, and business leaders.
  • Actively participate in presales and early requirement elicitation phases.
Required hard skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
  • Experience with retail business processes including purchasing, logistics, and sales.
  • Experience with POS and e-commerce platform integrations.
  • Solution design and documentation skills.
  • Experience in implementation projects.

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce or Dynamics 365 POS systems.
  • Experience in international rollouts and large transformation projects.
  • Experience as a superuser or project manager in ERP implementations.
