Main requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in data engineering principles, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse architecture
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python programming
  • Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and AWS cloud services
  • Proactive, agile mindset with ability to translate complex data concepts into solutions
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and accessibility
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions
  • Drive architectural and operational decisions focusing on cloud-native tools like AWS, Snowflake, Airflow
  • Manage infrastructure using Terraform and implement infrastructure-as-code best practices
  • Work with event-driven data workflows and real-time data processing for GDPR compliance and data retention
  • Contribute to CI/CD setup and cloud optimization using tools such as GitHub Actions, Airflow, and Terraform
  • Ensure standards for data and resource governance including naming conventions, ownership metadata, documentation, lifecycle management
  • Use SQL and Python expertise to deliver robust and sustainable data products
