EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager for Digital and AI Strategy to help clients unlock value through digital enablement and AI. The role involves managing digital and AI projects, leading go-to-market efforts, and contributing to business development and practice initiatives within a collaborative and innovative culture.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy with a digital/AI focus
  • Strong understanding of digital and AI technologies and their business applications
  • Ability to structure and solve complex problems
  • Effective communication with senior stakeholders
  • Adaptability with a growth mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Lead digital and AI projects including strategy, roadmap development, value creation, operating model design, and tech assessments in M&A
  • Support business development including preparation of pitches and presentations
  • Lead sector-specific digital and AI initiatives and go-to-market efforts (focus on telecom, technology, manufacturing, industrials, private equity, consumer, financial services)
  • Collaborate across EY service lines and geographies for integrated solutions
  • Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives such as upskilling on AI and recruitment
