A strategic and operational role at the Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority (Brottsoffermyndigheten) in Umeå, focusing on IT development and information security.
Main requirements:
  • Good knowledge of current legislation and guidance in information security.
  • Relevant academic education.
  • Documented experience in coordinating work and systematic information security efforts.
  • Experience in leading digital development projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in qualified analysis work such as risk and vulnerability analysis.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize efficiently and work flexibly according to organizational needs.
  • High security awareness.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Clear and pedagogic communication skills, both written and oral.
Responsibilities:
  • Own information security including LIS, internal governing documents, risk analysis, information classification, continuity plans and incident handling.
  • Handle other issues related to operational protection when required.
  • Drive organizational development in digital areas such as e-services and case management systems.
  • Environmental scanning and participation in relevant networks.
  • Plan and implement training measures for the authority's staff.
  • Collaborate with IT administrator, data protection officer, unit manager and other internal/external resources.
