Work as a motivated and experienced 3rd line support technician for exciting clients in the Stockholm area, responsible for IT environment maintenance and infrastructure improvement. Solve complex incidents, implement application improvements, and manage servers in a varied and dynamic role.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working cloud-based with Microsoft Azure
  • Administration experience in Azure Portal
  • Experience maintaining and operating Windows Server
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience in Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of SCCM
  • Experience with Active Directory and Active Directory GPO
  • Experience with Exchange AdminCenter
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team to manage and improve IT environments
  • Troubleshoot complex technical incidents
