Randstad Digital is seeking an early career IT support technician. This role involves providing 1st line support to approximately 900 users in Sweden and other parts of Europe, mainly handling Microsoft products. The position requires technical education at high school or university level and some experience in support or customer service. Fluency in Swedish and English is needed, and having a driver's license and car is advantageous. The role includes incident handling, documentation, troubleshooting, license management, and participating in various projects. The job is full-time, based in Väröbacka, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30.
Main requirements:
