Join Centric as an experienced 3rd line support technician and take your IT career to the next level. Work with multiple exciting clients in the Stockholm area, troubleshoot complex incidents, handle Microsoft Azure and Windows Server environments, and implement system improvements in a dynamic and varied role.
Main requirements:
- Experience working with cloud-based Microsoft Azure
- Administering Azure Portal
- Experience in maintenance and operation of Windows Server
- Extensive troubleshooting experience in Microsoft 365
- Experience with SCCM
- Experience with Active Directory and Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Experience with Exchange AdminCenter
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility within a team for IT environment maintenance and development
- Work on improving and developing infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex incidents and delve into customers' various systems and applications
- Implement application improvements and manage server administration as needed
Required hard skills:
- Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Azure Portal administration
- Windows Server operations and maintenance
- Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
- SCCM
- Active Directory and GPO management
- Exchange AdminCenter
