The role involves helping customers develop and improve their financial business processes by implementing, customizing, and upgrading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The position includes project teamwork, workshops, training, testing, data migration, and ongoing coaching to maximize customer benefits from the system. Main requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role as an economic consultant within Dynamics 365 Business Central or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong business process understanding and ability to analyze and solve customer needs.
- Ability to work in project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously through good prioritization and structuring.
- Motivated by clear goals and results, and a team player with business-minded approach.
- Experience from accounting and/or controlling roles with strong system interest, or from ERP application consulting, is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting preliminary studies to identify customer needs and propose solutions including tailored ones.
- Organizing workshops and training sessions for customer staff on the business system.
- Performing testing, parameter settings, and data migrations.
- Coaching and assisting customers to improve their business processes.
- Helping customers maximize their Business Central installation capabilities.
Required hard skills:
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in financial business processes and ERP system implementations.
- Ability to perform data migration and system configuration.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions.
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with other ERP systems such as Jeeves, Unit4, Visma, Pyramid is a plus.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft platform including Customer Engagement (CRM), Modern Work, Data & AI, Cloud & Security Infrastructure, and Custom Application Development.
