Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience with Digital Workplace in large organizations
  • Strong knowledge of MacOS, iOS, M365 (primarily Intune), Citrix, and Enterprise Mobility Management
  • Experience in automation, operational governance, and technical requirements specification
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure and IT security
  • Experience with agile working methods
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational development and management of Mac workplace and Enterprise Mobility Management
  • Optimize and automate services focusing on lifecycle management
  • Ensure high digital employee experience (DEX)
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and IT partners for technical planning and requirement setting
  • Follow and implement relevant security strategies and guidelines
