Main requirements:
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office
  • Experience in customer service
  • Previous technical work experience
  • Ability to work shift rotations including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
  • Install cages, cabinets, cable containments, and customer equipment
  • Install and modify Cold Aisle Containments to optimize airflow
  • Install, test and modify cross connects including coax, fiber, copper, and advanced circuits
  • Manage work priorities using ticketing systems and meet commitment times
  • Conduct carrier circuit testing and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain detailed records of all work activities
  • Support facility engineers with inspections and issue resolution
  • Assist senior staff on large scale projects
  • Complete all required training programs
  • Support customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order execution
Required hard skills:
  • Installation of data center equipment and infrastructure
  • Cable management and circuit testing using Fluke and JDSU testers
  • Use of ticket management systems (e.g., Siebel)
  • Carrier circuit testing
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
