Lead and drive Volvo Group's digital transformation by managing partnerships, strategy orchestration, and ecosystem development to advance the company's digital-first agenda.
Main requirements:
  • Expertise in digital transformation and strategy orchestration
  • Experience in managing external partnerships and ecosystems
  • Strong business acumen linking business needs with digital goals
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments with a global mindset
  • University degree or equivalent experience in strategic initiatives across multiple functions
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Make/Buy/Partner framework for technology and competencies
  • Orchestrate strategy and partnerships in Digital & IT
  • Conduct workshops to promote partnership agendas across functions and executives
  • Execute key partnerships in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Volvo entities to build and establish ecosystems
  • Design and implement ways of working with internal functions and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic sourcing expertise and coordinate with Group Trucks Purchasing
  • Manage Digital & IT business associations and networks
  • Identify, establish and manage a network of partnerships and ecosystems
