Second Line Support Technician

Centric is seeking a support technician with at least 5 years of experience who has a genuine interest in service and enjoys helping customers with their IT issues through various channels. The role involves operating and supporting customer systems, working closely with customers on a range of assignments, and managing a set group of recurring customers by updating and documenting information in the knowledge database, ensuring services meet customer needs and continuously improving them.
Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Genuine interest in technology and IT
  • Experience working in a Service Desk environment
  • Minimum 2 years experience in end-user support
  • Systematic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with incident management systems
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
  • Ability to work well in a team and constructively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environment and Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, databases
  • Documentation skills
  • Willingness to comply with possible security clearance requiring Swedish citizenship
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and support customer systems

  • Retrieve, update, and document information in the customer's knowledge database
