Main requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in data management and data governance roles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Proven leadership capability to form and lead teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Investigate GTT data domains to identify pain points and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues.
  • Develop a common vision and roadmap for GTT Data Strategy.
  • Form and lead a core team within GTT focused on data governance and management topics.
  • Provide guidance and training on data governance best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to establish and enforce data policies, standards, and procedures including data lifecycle management, quality, compliance, storage, and disposal.
