Addnode Group is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to take a leading role in further developing their security strategy and operational capabilities. The position involves responsibility for leading, coordinating, and developing the company's security work in close collaboration with the CISO and subsidiaries, ensuring protection of systems, users, and data in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience in system administration within Microsoft environments
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, incident handling, and information security
- Ability to take a holistic approach to IT security in large organizations
- Certifications or training in cybersecurity (e.g., Microsoft, Crowdstrike, ISO27001, NIST)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Group's cybersecurity program
- Manage policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, NIS2, NIST, ISO27001)
- Initiate and drive security projects across the company
- Develop and maintain security training and internal awareness campaigns
- Responsible for security training for employees and cybersecurity staff
- Oversee security platforms such as Microsoft 365, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare, etc.
- Ensure installation and compliance of security solutions
- Manage security incidents in collaboration with CISO and SOC
- Develop KPIs and reports on cybersecurity
- Monitor risks, incident status, and security maturity in subsidiaries
Required hard skills:
- System administration in Microsoft environments
- Cybersecurity and incident management
- Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, NIST, ISO27001 standards and compliance
- Experience with security platforms like Microsoft 365, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience from larger corporate groups
- Knowledge in backup solutions, cloud security, and domain administration
- Prior leadership or project management experience
- Experience working with third-party vendors and SOC operations
