Techster Solutions is experiencing exciting growth and is looking for a Cyber Security Architect with at least 7+ years of experience to strengthen its team. The role is within the QA & Compliance team in the Core System Components department, supporting Zone Controller product development. This position involves providing cybersecurity management competence to engineering units, supporting technical teams with cybersecurity activities including threat analysis, risk assessment, and ensuring cybersecurity requirements are met throughout product development. Main requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of embedded and/or automotive systems
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity engineering best practices and standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, SAE J3061, ISO 27001/27002)
  • Experience with common cybersecurity controls
  • Experience in threat analysis and risk assessment processes and techniques
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to cybersecurity
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the product’s ART/Solution
  • (Optional) Knowledge about extended vehicle ecosystem if product relates to off-board systems
Responsibilities:
  • Support management team with cybersecurity management competence
  • Support unit/department technical roles with cybersecurity expertise
  • Assist engineering teams in performing and updating cybersecurity deliverables (TARA, Cybersecurity Concept, Cybersecurity Specifications)
  • Ensure execution of security requirements
  • Support cybersecurity development and V&V activities as temporary team member
  • Participate in verification reviews from cybersecurity perspective
  • Support sourcing and evaluation of suppliers' cybersecurity work and achievements
  • Act as first line cybersecurity contact for the unit/department and for technical support questions
  • Promote and nurture cybersecurity culture within the department
  • Contribute actively to the Cybersecurity Community of Practice (CoP)
