We are looking for solution-oriented and service-minded IT consultants with experience in support and operations to work for a government agency. Roles vary over time, including infrastructure-focused operations technicians and user support technicians handling incident management. The position offers stable employment and valuable experience within an important societal function ensuring stable and secure IT environments.
Main requirements:
  • At least one year documented experience working with Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector
  • Experience with client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and incident handling within IT support
  • Operation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrades of software and hardware
  • User account and access rights management
  • Documentation of processes and solutions
