CRM Specialist for Filmstaden

Seeking a CRM Specialist to play a key role in developing systems and processes for B2B operations within Filmstaden, part of ODEON Cinemas Group Northern Europe. The role involves working closely with sales support, IT, and Nordic B2B teams, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Main requirements:
  • Experience working with CRM systems within sales and sales support.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics XRM and Excel.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Interest and experience in presenting customer insights and data, as well as training users in the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve system support related to sales, sales support and master data.
  • Analyze and develop methodology and processes for CRM management.
  • Create reports and documentation via the CRM system and handle ongoing reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and CRM vendor to manage and drive issues.
  • Administer and support CRM system for cinemas in Sweden.
  • Act as superuser for CRM and XRM internally at offices in Stockholm, Oslo, and Helsinki.
