Licensed Nurse with Interest in IT Systems in Healthcare

We are looking for a licensed nurse interested in working with medication-related parts and healthcare documentation in healthcare IT systems, focusing on the TakeCare medical record system and the upcoming main journal system for Region Stockholm.
Main requirements:
- Licensed nurse with several years of experience using the TakeCare journal system preferred, knowledge of other journal systems meritorious
- Experience with healthcare IT systems
- Participation in operational development work is valued
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong communication skills in Swedish at C1 level, especially for training and user support
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain instructions and system documentation
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Educate users
- Provide second-line support for medication services and care documentation
- Investigate deviations related to medication journal and care documentation
- Participate in creating overarching guidelines for SLSO
- Oversee implementation of changes and deployments regionally
- Participate in development groups for new functionalities
- Engage in regional work on implementing new healthcare information systems
- Maintain registers in TakeCare
- Lead and participate in projects and development activities within responsibility area
- Lead management work
- Maintain management planning and follow-up
Required hard skills:
- Experience with TakeCare or other medical journal systems
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems
- Experience in user education and support
- Ability to create and maintain documentation and training materials
