Consultant/Interim Business Systems Manager Stockholm

We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client in the medtech industry, a Business Systems Manager for a long-term assignment in Stockholm. In this role, you will contribute your technical expertise within the ERP system NetSuite and business-critical IT solutions in a modern company on a growth journey. You will take a central role strengthening internal IT competence and help streamline key business processes. The assignment is full-time, starting after summer, and expected to continue for an extended period.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
  • Good knowledge of M365 administration
  • Experience working closely with business operations
  • Academic degree in computer science, software, IT or equivalent experience
  • Proficient communication skills in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and develop the NetSuite ERP system
  • Provide user support and problem solving related to NetSuite ERP
  • Create templates, documentation, and guides to improve system usage
  • Manage M365 environment administration and IT infrastructure
  • Share knowledge to strengthen the internal team's capabilities
