The role involves contributing to ensuring that personnel in the Swedish Armed Forces and their partners have safe and user-friendly systems to support their work in defending democracy and freedom. The consultant will work with safety for various military technical systems, conducting risk analyses throughout the system life cycle to identify, analyze, and minimize risks. The role includes collaboration with designers, developers, and users, participating in the safety process from development to approval, and opportunities to lead safety courses if interested. The ideal candidate has several years of experience, preferably from defense or an engineering background, is outgoing, driven, responsible, and enjoys independent work and close customer collaboration. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required, and security clearance with registry check is mandatory due to defense confidentiality.
