Main requirements:
  • Experience in cybersecurity operations and similar roles on enterprise level
  • Proven ability to strengthen organizational cybersecurity through vulnerability identification and remediation
  • Strong documentation and visualization skills with goal-setting and planning experience
  • Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud) and with Lean-Agile / DevSecOps methodologies
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on identifying potential vulnerabilities and risks in complex systems
  • Ability to work independently on cybersecurity tasks and efficiently in teams
  • Motivated to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities and stay updated on cybersecurity trends
  • Motivated to promote a culture of awareness and best practices across the organization
  • Enthusiasm for using innovative technology to enhance defenses and continuous improvement of security controls and vulnerability management
Responsibilities:
  • Lead development, implementation, and management of vulnerability management strategies and oversee processes to identify, evaluate and report security vulnerabilities
  • Maintain and develop documentation for standards and procedures; define tactical plans, visions and goals for vulnerability management and security controls
  • Determine and establish necessary security requirements for proper implementation in platforms, products, solutions and components
  • Propose and drive security technology and procedure improvements to strengthen defenses against cyber threats
  • Investigate and understand vulnerabilities, threat intelligence and security posture of assets to monitor and act on cyber threats
  • Perform regular quality assurance to ensure compliance with defined cybersecurity control frameworks, standards and regulations
