Client Technician

Responsible for managing and developing the authority's client environment including PCs, telephony, meeting and printer services with a focus on IT security within a digital workplace section.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant post-secondary IT education from university, college, or vocational school or equivalent acquired experience
  • Several years of current experience in client operations within a large organization
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows client OS
  • Advanced knowledge of SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
  • Knowledge of Group Policy management
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Work with SCCM and operations
  • Design client infrastructure
  • Maintain documentation
  • Provide 3rd line support and operation of client and print services
  • Participate in projects
