Client Specialist – Application Packaging

Seeking an experienced Client Specialist with expertise in application packaging. Responsible for packaging, distribution, and management of applications in a Microsoft environment, working both on daily operations and strategic initiatives to improve and streamline client management.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in application packaging and MSI packaging
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Intune, and Windows 10/11
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of OS Deployment via MDT/SCCM
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience troubleshooting and deploying in large IT environments
Responsibilities:
  • Application packaging and distribution via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and Intune
  • Maintenance and management of OS images
  • Certification of computer hardware and compatibility testing
  • Deployment of security and software updates
  • Automating client management using PowerShell
  • Managing Group Policies and Active Directory
  • Troubleshooting and support of client environment issues
  • Documentation and reporting of client management
