Lead the transformation of test data and performance engineering, developing scalable, secure testing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards at Swedbank.
Main requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in software testing, test environments, and test data management
  • Recent experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture and test data provisioning strategies
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance such as GDPR
  • Experience working with mainframe systems and test data provisioning (strong advantage)
  • Knowledge of performance testing frameworks, synthetic data generation, pseudonymization, and DevOps practices
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage all stakeholder levels including C-level
Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute strategic vision for test data and performance engineering
  • Lead modernization of testing practices including environments, data provisioning and performance testing
  • Manage domain budget including staffing, tooling, and software subscriptions
  • Empower Agile Product Owners and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate across domains bridging legacy and modern technology stacks
  • Build and develop a high-performing T-shaped team to meet current and future testing demands
  • Champion automation and tooling initiatives to streamline test data provisioning integrated with CI/CD pipelines
