Seeking a driven and analytical business developer to work on change management with healthcare operations, developing production and capacity management IT support systems to contribute to the digital advancement of healthcare in Region Kronoberg.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant higher education in healthcare, economics, technology or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in change management and process development, preferably in healthcare or public sector.
  • Analytical skills and comfort working with data and KPIs to drive improvements.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and responsibility.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills, structured work approach.
  • Fluent in Swedish, and preferably good proficiency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and a drive for change.
  • Personal suitability will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare operations to drive change and development in production and capacity management.
  • Ensure optimal resource use while delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Act as a key player to promote effective and value-creating healthcare IT support systems.
  • Lead and carry out activities with responsibility to find solutions promoting digital-enabled business development.
  • Advise on business development involving IT systems and engage in change management.
  • Define functional requirements for IT support in collaboration with business representatives and vendors.
  • Work across team boundaries and with different organizational functions to improve healthcare IT support usability and quality.
