Main requirements:
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in complex IT environments with several years of practice.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing company business processes and flows, especially within finance and accounting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business close IT system support.
  • Ability to act as a client representative toward suppliers of IT services and systems.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Tactical and operational responsibility for Pågen's Dynamics 365 F&O environment focusing on finance/accounting, procurement, inventory, and integrations with other systems.
  • System responsibility for other financial systems such as Medius including AP Automation and Contract Management modules.
  • Technical assurance that solutions meet Pågen's IT environment and system management requirements.
  • Supporting daily operational use of processes in Dynamics 365.
  • Driving the Pågen Dynamics 365 management group together with business stakeholders coordinating development, improvement, and change efforts.
  • Acting as a client towards IT service and system suppliers.
  • Coordinating activities between various system suppliers and internal teams.
  • Quality assurance of deliveries and implementations.
Required hard skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Experience with system management of enterprise business systems
  • Understanding of integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
  • Experience with financial systems such as Medius and related modules
  • Ability to act as liaison between technical vendors and business units
Recommended hard skills:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Teams, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
