AI Regulatory Implementation Manager

Lead the implementation and compliance efforts related to the EU AI Act and other regulations within a major financial institution. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions, drive governance alignment, and develop training and decision-making materials in a hybrid work environment based in Stockholm.
Main requirements:
  • Solid understanding of the EU AI Act and relevant AI regulations impacting large banks
  • Experience in driving high-profile initiatives in large enterprise settings
  • Experience interacting and aligning with senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing regulatory programs and projects
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assess gaps between current governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
  • Align proposals and activities with first line stakeholders
  • Anchor implementation plans with second line stakeholders
  • Develop and execute an implementation roadmap for AI regulatory compliance
  • Create and deliver training and awareness materials regarding AI regulations
  • Prepare decision-making materials for senior management
