Seeking a service-oriented and technically skilled administrator/system administrator for a temporary position in Property IT at Gavlegårdarna. The role involves security, structure, and smart technical solutions for residents, contractors, and colleagues, with a focus on property-related technology, systems, and support. The assignment is full-time, starting immediately, and lasts primarily for one year with possible extension.
Main requirements:
  • Secondary education or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:
  • Administration and maintenance of registers in access control and tag management systems
  • Handling physical keys, locking systems, and authorizations
  • First-line support and handling of fault reports related to property IT
  • Driving smaller projects related to access control systems and mechanical locks
  • Ordering and invoice handling of hardware within property IT
  • Support to construction project managers during property IT planning
  • Participation as a subject matter expert in internal IT projects
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with access control systems such as Aptus, ARX, RCO, or Salto (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of mechanical locking systems (advantageous)
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with IT systems
Recommended hard skills:
