Main requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in 2nd or 3rd line support
- Knowledge in server administration within a mixed IT environment
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
- extensive experience in deep troubleshooting of clients and servers
- Basic knowledge and interest in database layers
- Experience handling urgent issues and incidents in a ticket management system
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced support tasks and troubleshooting for clients and servers
- Progress towards responsibilities in system administration and database administration roles
- Manage incidents and urgent cases efficiently
- Participate in onboarding new personnel (desirable)
- Drive internal projects within a Service Desk environment (desirable)
Required hard skills:
- 2nd and 3rd line IT support
