Seeking solution-oriented and service-focused IT consultants with experience in support and operations for various roles within a government agency. Main requirements:
  • At least one year documented experience working in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector
  • Experience in client management and troubleshooting
  • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and handling IT support incidents
  • Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
  • Managing user accounts and permissions
  • Documenting processes and solutions
