Main requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in test leadership
  • Minimum 4 years experience in exploratory testing
  • Minimum 4 years experience in agile project or assignment leadership
  • Minimum 4 years experience developing test strategies
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with Git
  • Experience in requirements analysis and business development
  • Experience with testing or test leadership in container environments (Kubernetes)
  • Experience with both system and acceptance testing
Responsibilities:
  • Lead testing activities and contribute hands-on when needed
  • Create and maintain test strategies and test plans
  • Participate actively in agile development teams
  • Share knowledge and contribute to competency building within the team
  • Collaborate with other services within Inera
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders to ensure delivery quality
  • Ensure delivery of agreed-upon results
