Temporary full-time System Administrator position at Gavlegårdarna working within the Property IT team to manage technical property systems, provide support, and administer access control systems. The role is service-oriented with opportunities to contribute to projects and help maintain secure and sustainable living environments in Gävle.
Main requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Preferably experience with property-related technology, IoT, broadband, or networks
  • Knowledge of lock and access systems such as Aptus, ARX, RCO, or Salto is a merit
  • Driver's license class B is desirable but not mandatory
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
  • Administer and organize systems linked to keys, locks, tags, and access control systems
  • Ensure correct access rights for internal and external persons
  • Provide first-line support to customer center and other departments on property IT fault reports
  • Support construction and maintenance projects involving technical property solutions
  • Manage smaller technical projects including orders and invoice processing
  • Participate as an expert in internal IT projects within specialty area
Required hard skills:
