Lead the digital transformation by managing and developing the company's digital platforms ensuring a cohesive, future-proof system environment, contributing to smarter and more integrated operations at AB Ludvig Svensson.
Main requirements:
- Higher education in IT, system science or similar field.
- Several years of experience as system or application manager, preferably with business-critical systems.
- Strong communication skills with ability to build trust and explain technology clearly.
- Experience collaborating with different departments and external partners.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work strategically and operationally.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as product owner for key digital systems (CRM, PIM, internal tools).
- Collect and prioritize system requirements.
- Coordinate system development with vendors.
- Ensure technical stability and user benefit of platforms.
- Manage system testing, releases, incident handling and documentation.
- Provide user support and training.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and other internal functions.
- Maintain contact with external development partners and international colleagues.
Required hard skills:
- Experience with CRM, PIM, CPQ or e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce or Norce.
- Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
- Project management experience, especially bridging IT and business.
Recommended hard skills:

- Understanding of cloud-based platforms and digital transformation tools.
