System Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate System Development Specialist to support and enhance our production engineering team, ensuring the manufacturing and delivery of cutting-edge products and services. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in an agile environment on innovative projects driving digitalization and automation. You will lead system development for our MES system, manage backlog and releases, and work closely with business owners and global users to define new features and improvements.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with focus on software development
- Minimum 5 years experience in software and systems development or related fields
- Proficient in .NET, C#, VB6, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Visual Studio
- Experience in digitalization and automation, able to document and lead implementation projects
- Proficiency in English and Swedish languages
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead system development of MES supporting end-to-end delivery and service processes
- Apply state-of-the-art development methods for smart and efficient functionality implementation
- Drive digitalization initiatives to enable automated and cost-efficient manufacturing
- Serve as backlog owner and release manager, overseeing updates and new features deployment into production
- Collaborate with business requirement owners and global users to define features and contribute to continuous improvement
