Responsibilities:
- Handle first-line support incidents via phone, on-site, and digital channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Office 365, network, and printers
- Contribute to improvements in working methods and knowledge bases
- Work according to ITIL processes and the service catalog
- Participate in skills development and own assignments
Required hard skills:
- IT knowledge including Windows, Office 365, network, printer troubleshooting
- Experience or understanding of ITIL processes
