Main requirements:
  • Previous experience in support or customer service
  • Strong technical understanding and interest in technology, systems, and problem solving
  • Ability to independently handle incoming support tickets and phone inquiries
  • Ability to resolve simpler technical issues such as permissions changes, system navigation, and basic report adjustments
  • Capable of escalating complex issues to developers or application consultants
  • Proactive follow-up with customers after implementations or updates
  • High computer and systems proficiency
  • Completed secondary education in IT or equivalent
  • Fluent in Swedish both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming support tickets and phone inquiries
  • Independently solve simpler technical problems related to the BI system
  • Distribute complex cases to developers or application consultants
  • Actively follow up with customers post implementation or system updates
  • Build deep product knowledge over time to enhance customer support
  • Maintain customer dialogue to ensure a positive customer experience
