Solution Architect - Digital Workplace

Techster Solutions is currently in an exciting growth phase and is seeking colleagues with at least 5+ years of experience to strengthen the team. The role as a Solution Architect within the digital workplace involves coordinating, managing, and actively participating in the customer's transformation to the next generation IT workplace. Main requirements:
- University degree of 120p/180hp within IT or relevant work experience (e.g., 5+ years experience in solution architecture, digital workplace, microservices, container technology, or similar).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the last 10 years working as senior developer/technician or solution architect with experience producing design documents such as HLD/LLD.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the last 10 years with modern IT environments in companies with more than 500 users and high security focus.
Responsibilities:
- Describe target architecture and ensure correct development and realization of solutions.
- Develop appropriate solution and design proposals focusing on business benefit and security.
- Ensure solutions address processes, functional and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, robustness, maintainability, and flexibility) appropriately.
- Hands-on ordering of infrastructure components, installation, configuration, and support for operations during upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with solution architects in other domains and actively participate in architecture and design forums.
- Design and implement solutions for modern collaboration including Teams Light, Azure AD, SharePoint, digital whiteboard, persistent chat, and container technology.
- Prepare necessary documentation and contribute to the handover to the operational organization.
- Support operations with installations and troubleshooting.
Required hard skills:
- Solution architecture skills including creation of design documents (HLD/LLD).
- Experience with modern IT environments and high security.
- Hands-on skills in infrastructure ordering, installation, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint.
- Understanding of container technology and microservices.
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience with Digital Workplace solutions.
- Experience in Microsoft Enterprise environments.
- Experience with OpenShift or similar container and microservices platforms.
