Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer focused on platform and sustainable solutions for a long-term assignment at a well-known industry player. The role emphasizes the platform itself, allowing influence on long-term technical decisions and future-proof solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Solid experience working in a ServiceNow management organization
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and pitfalls
  • Experience in implementation within one or more areas: ITSM, HR, CMDB, GRC, or Custom Apps
  • Experience with Performance Analytics and integrations
  • Agile mindset with continuous improvement focus
  • Ability to understand business benefits of digitalization and automation
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance ServiceNow platform solutions using native platform functionality
  • Reduce technical debt and ensure platform stability and long-term sustainability
  • Work across entire ServiceNow ecosystem including ITSM, HR, CMDB, GRC, and custom apps
  • Use integrations and Performance Analytics to optimize workflows and support automation needs
  • Identify, test, and implement new ServiceNow features to improve user experience and process efficiency
  • Handle incidents to promptly restore end-user functionality
  • Lead small work packages from requirements gathering through development, demo, and follow-up in close dialogue with stakeholders
  • Understand platform capabilities and limitations to succeed in the role
