Join our tightly-knit team at Envoi AB during an exciting growth phase as our new Senior Requirements Analyst. This is a critical, time-limited government assignment focused on digital information exchange with municipalities, requiring immediate and thorough requirements gathering to commence development work. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including municipal private suppliers to specify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements for IT development. The role demands experience in requirement management, business analysis, agile methodologies, and project leadership within complex IT projects.
Main requirements:
- Work experience in requirements management and business analysis, preferably within complex IT projects.
- Experience in leading projects involving business requirements and IT development.
- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience working with agile methods and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong communication skills capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.
- Experience with both business processes and technical solutions.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify internal and external partners.
- Analyze, map, and specify needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish continuous stakeholder dialogue.
- Analyze incoming business requirements.
- Develop system flow descriptions.
- Document requirement specifications.
- Communicate functional and non-functional requirements to development teams.
- Facilitate workshops in the relevant domain.
- Develop functional descriptions of developed applications when necessary.
- Participate in various requirements forums.
- Create plans and conduct handover of work to the business.
