This position is a direct recruitment via Bravura, and you will be employed directly by Martin & Servera. Martin & Servera is undergoing an exciting digital transformation focusing on providing top-class customer experience. Part of a Swedish group owned by Axel Johnson, they specialize in wholesale for restaurants and large kitchens, offering products and services to a wide range of customers. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be part of an agile team working mainly with backend development in Java on Microsoft Azure cloud platform. You will contribute to technical planning, system impact assessments, and collaborate closely with architects, frontend developers, DevOps, and product owners.
Main requirements:
  • Relevant university education or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of experience in Java development, preferably in e-commerce or similar transaction-intensive environments
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
  • Experience writing and executing API tests (e.g., REST Assured or similar)
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and version control
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Martin & Servera’s e-commerce backend platform
  • Work closely with agile team members including backend, frontend, test, and design colleagues
  • Contribute feedback and improvement suggestions to the team backlog
  • Plan and investigate technical changes and assess their impact on the overall system
  • Collaborate with architects, frontend developers, DevOps, and product owners
  • Participate actively in technical decisions and solutions
