We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a client in the public sector. Our ongoing projects and operations deliver system support for, among other things, contact tracing, digital sharing of genetic sequencing data, grant management, vaccinations, antibiotic resistance, fee management, supervision, permits, follow-ups, and monitoring. We are undergoing a paradigm shift where we continue to refine our agile capabilities, increase automation levels and develop our working methods. We are strengthening our IT delivery with an experienced IT Project Manager who is also a Scrum Master with advanced project management skills, accustomed to navigating complex IT environments and bridging the gap between operations and IT. The Project Manager will lead one of the highest priority development projects consisting of developers, testers, as well as internal and external business representatives. The project is mid-development where the focus is to plan, steer, lead, and follow up remaining activities towards impact goals. Additionally, the Project Manager will act as the maintenance manager for the system being replaced. The Project Manager will also lead another development project planned to start in early 2025, involving business development and process digitization. The consultant should easily familiarize with various types of operations and lead agile development teams. The consultant should be clear in expectations and have a coaching approach. Furthermore, the consultant needs to be confident in knowledge and experience with well-developed ability to collaborate and advise between actors and have deep understanding of regulatory compliance. This role is multifaceted, and the consultant will also partially work with other assignments, lead projects, feasibility studies, analyses, investigations, and implementations as time permits.
