Second Line Support Technician

Centric is seeking a support technician with at least 5 years of experience who has a genuine interest in service and enjoys helping customers with their IT issues through various channels. The role involves operating and supporting customer systems, working closely with customers on a range of assignments, and managing a set group of recurring customers by updating and documenting information in the knowledge database, ensuring services meet customer needs and continuously improving them.
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Genuine interest in technology and IT
- Experience working in a Service Desk environment
- Minimum 2 years experience in end-user support
- Systematic troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with incident management systems
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written
- Ability to work well in a team and constructively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of Microsoft environment and Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, databases
- Documentation skills
- Willingness to comply with possible security clearance requiring Swedish citizenship
Responsibilities:
- Operate and support customer systems

- Retrieve, update, and document information in the customer's knowledge database
- Ensure services meet customer needs
