Lead and manage the ERP transformation project for Volvo Energy, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics implementation and integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Pagero, and Medius, ensuring successful go-live by October 1, 2025.
Main requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading ERP implementation projects in large, complex organizations.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and integrations with SAP S/4HANA, Pagero, and Medius.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, procurement, and finance processes within ERP.
  • Strong project governance, risk management, and delivery execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to align and manage diverse teams and processes under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, structured, highly organized, and interpersonal approach.
Responsibilities:
  • Take over full leadership of the ERP transformation project, integrating into the existing project governance model.
  • Maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery against the fixed go-live deadline (October 1, 2025).
  • Coordinate across workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and external system integrators.
  • Resolve operational and strategic project issues promptly.
  • Ensure solutions align with Volvo Energy’s evolving business and operational requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive disciplined change management and risk mitigation throughout the implementation.
