Product Owner – ServiceNow

We are looking for a Product Owner with technical knowledge of ServiceNow to play a key role in delivering products within an Agile release train, bridging business and technology, and maximizing value delivery.
Main requirements:
  • Strong technical leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including facilitation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
  • Experience in banking domain
  • 3-5 years experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in financial services
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks, preferably SAFe
Responsibilities:
  • Understand strategic initiatives in collaboration with Product Management to help achieve business objectives
  • Drive product development with engineers and designers to build end-to-end solutions
  • Serve as Product Owner within one or more agile teams
  • Create and understand user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Own, maintain, and prioritize the team backlog
  • Provide input to and communicate the Product Roadmap and Vision
  • Iterate solutions rapidly to learn and improve
  • Build trust and effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve pain points timely
  • Define and own the agile team’s backlog scope and priorities using JIRA
  • Collaborate on program scope with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, agile teams and other Product Owners
  • Define sprint goals and drive sprint backlog creation
  • Review and accept delivered user stories
  • Co-define Definition of Done with the agile team
  • Interact with third parties for technical integrations and support
  • Prioritize bug fixes
  • Participate in agile ceremonies
  • Prepare and track PI Planning from the team perspective
