We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join Knightec AB. You will work in a team developing products that make a difference, including connected sensors, smart data analysis algorithms, and control system functions on both high and low levels. The role is part of the Software and Cloud business area, helping customers develop future-proof, large-scale computer and software systems, from embedded systems and electronics to data-driven enterprise applications, AI, and cloud solutions.
Main requirements:
  • Experience with embedded development in languages such as C, C++, or Python
  • Experience of the full product development cycle from concept to implementation
  • Strong background in embedded or software engineering
  • Interest in working within fields like MedTech, Automotive, or Defense
  • Creative problem solver with a positive attitude towards teamwork
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Use your technical expertise to help customers optimize their embedded solutions
  • Lead and contribute to development projects – from enhancing existing products to creating new ones from scratch
  • Collaborate across disciplines to solve real challenges
  • Translate complex technical ideas into understandable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies and methods to drive innovation and improvements
