Lead and optimize customer journeys from sign-up to long-term engagement, collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth and retention in a SaaS healthcare environment.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in similar roles within SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B environments
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and agile product development
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, KPI tracking, and insight gathering
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management across functions
Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of onboarding and sign-up flows supporting sales and marketing teams
  • Design and implement retention capabilities to increase lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn
  • Own the customer journey and retention capabilities roadmap and backlog
  • Drive insights work using data and user feedback
  • Define and track KPIs related to onboarding and retention
  • Monitor industry trends in customer experience and technology
