Onsite IT Technician

We are looking for a passionate Onsite IT Technician who enjoys helping people and solving technical problems on site. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers' technical problems and IT-related questions, working directly at the customer locations to ensure smooth and efficient IT environments. The job includes tasks related to both hardware and software support, offering varied and challenging assignments.
Main requirements:
  • Experience as an IT technician or similar role, preferably with an emphasis on onsite support.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, as well as network management.
  • A problem solver who enjoys working directly with users to resolve technical challenges.
  • Structured work approach and ability to multitask.
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
  • Possession of a Category B driving license and ability to travel to various customer sites.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, and network components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical problems related to both hardware and software.
  • Provide support and training to users to help optimize their work environment.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure security and that all systems are updated and functional.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support teams to resolve complex issues.
