We are looking for a driven IT Support Technician with experience in both Windows and Mac environments, who wants to further develop in a dynamic IT environment. In this role, you will handle support cases via phone, email, ticketing systems, and on-site where users can easily turn to you and your team. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting both macOS and Windows-based systems and who is passionate about providing user-focused, pedagogical support. Your experience includes Mac OS and Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Jamf/Intune, Google Workspace, Active Directory/Azure AD, conference equipment and printers, ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are attentive, have a strong ability to prioritize and can quickly understand user needs. You are social, enjoy meeting new people, and your pedagogical ability allows you to explain technical questions in an easily understandable way. Main requirements:
- Experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong prioritization skills and user-focused support approach
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar
